Five Nights at Freddy's
Five Nights at Freddy's is a point-and-click survival horror game in which the player works as a security guard at a fictional children's pizza restaurant called Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The player must use the restaurant's security cameras to monitor the animatronic animals that roam the restaurant at night and the player has a limited amount of power to avoid being killed by them. Have you ever been terrified by a video game? Have you ever felt like you were the protagonist? Five Nights at Freddy's is a game for people who are brave enough to take the challenge and experience a horrifying video game.
Gameplay
Five Nights at Freddy's gameplay is that of a first-person, point-and-click survival horror game. In the game, the player sits in a security guard's office and monitors the office's four security cameras and has the option to close doors and activate a ventilation system to keep the animatronic animals away. If the player is not careful, the player will be jumpscared by one of the animatronics.
The gameplay is very simple. You should be able to figure out the controls after playing for just a few minutes. You are an overnight security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. You are on the night shift, from midnight to 6 am. You have been instructed to watch the surveillance cameras to make sure nothing happens, and to close the doors for any children that try to get into the building. There is also a map of the building, and you can click on any room and see what is happening.
Graphics
The graphics are simplistic and consist of four colors. The graphics are not very good, but that doesn't take away from the scariness of the game.
Replayability
The player can replay the game if they want to see different endings. The game is not very replayable, as it only has one map, and the gameplay is the same every time you play.
Pros
- Immersive graphics
- Engaging gameplay
- Not too many moving parts
- Multiple endings
- Doesn't get boring
- Interesting
- Has a good story
Cons
- Lack of graphics
- Short game
- Scary music
- Animatronic animals are too difficult to keep away
Conclusion
It's a great game, but it's not for everyone.
